Game match making and support are the WORST
No need to explain, everyone knows, especially new players and low ranked lobby players. You get 90% of the time smurfs on the other team, and that makes the game toxic and no fun.
Then you try to shame these kids by saying loser if talk like that you get suspended for 7 days. Once got suspended for no reason. If you open a ticket, and that is only one way in contacting riot support and some ex. smurf takes your ticket, he just will laugh to your face and do nothing.
So do not expect help from support, they just sucks, and that is a fact, and everyone who had installed Valorant knows that! One of the most toxic stupid games ever!

Resolved: Valorant Account was hacked
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. - they migrated the account to a new email- refunded the skin I didn't buy
I figured this out because I took a two-week break, but when I logged back on, some of the points were spent, I was now Gold 3 (when I should've had no rank due to the new act), and all of my settings were changed. The hacker also used agents I rarely used, and I couldn't see any of my friends online. I've submitted multiple tickets and tried everything to get the account back but I am unable to since it's been migrated, please communicate with the email (vishi.bharadwaj06@***.com), so I can delete this current account and make a new one because this current one has been hacked.
I also can't receive any of the 2fa codes because the hacker migrated the account. Please help.

I got banned for one year in my account without a reason or notification !
Dear Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to contest a recent ban placed on my Valorant account, which was issued with a duration of one year.
I believe this ban is unjust, and I would like to request a review of my case.
I have been an active and dedicated Valorant player for a considerable amount of time in high elo. I have invested both time and money into this game, having spent over 400, and I have always strived to play fairly and respectfully in accordance with Valorant's Terms of Service. To the best of my knowledge, I have not engaged in any activities that would warrant such a severe action, such as cheating, exploiting glitches...
I have not received any prior notifications or warnings regarding my account behavior. This ban has come as a shock to me, as I have always respected the rules.
I kindly request that you reconsider the ban placed on my account and provide me with an explanation for its issuance. I am confident that a fair review will reveal my commitment to upholding the integrity of the Valorant community.

My account was banned because of someone else's malicious actions
I was banned for using cheats and scripts but the person who did so was playing twitch in ranked. I hardly ever play twitch, even less in ranked.
There's a few champs that i wouldn't mind taking in to ranked and that would be jhin,Aatrox,Yorrick and renekton possibly katarina if i had a big ego. I know my situation is hard to grasp or understand, i just wish for the riot team to be understanding of account scams out there. I'm the kind of guy that uses the same password on all accounts and that's most likely why i got *** so hard by an Esport scam. They get you to log in thinking you'll support some random guy that texted you on discord and all of a sudden your *** lol.
So once again, please tell me what i can do to help the riot team figure out what can be done with my account. I'm sorry to say but i won't stop filling these tickets because it truly feels like a crock of *** to me, i understand Riot's Pov but please take it from mine here.
I also struggle to from tickets because for whatever reason my account is located in vietnam or something like that so its bloody impossible to get things done.
